With over 30 years of experience in conveyancing, Lynnette Waldon has helped countless clients buy and sell homes — often more than once. Known for her open communication and steady, calm approach, Lynnette’s goal is simple: to take the stress out of property transactions so clients can focus on the excitement of the moment.

She prepares and reviews contracts, liaises with banks and other professionals, arranges settlements, and — perhaps most importantly — makes sure her clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.

A Natural Fit

After 18 years working in banking, Lynnette took a leap into law. She originally applied for a receptionist role, but when the firm needed help with conveyancing during a busy time, she dove straight in. “It was sink or swim,” she recalls. “And I guess I’m still swimming!”

That same adaptability and dedication have shaped her career ever since — and clients know they’re in good hands.

What Clients Appreciate

Lynnette’s clients regularly return and refer others — not just because she’s reliable, but because she genuinely cares. Her approachable style makes people feel at ease, and her clear communication turns complex processes into something understandable.

“I’m a sounding board. This is what I do every day, but for my clients, it’s often their first time. I just want them to feel they can ask anything, and that they’re not alone in the process.”

She finds special joy in working with first-home buyers — sharing in their excitement and often supporting them again as their lives (and homes) grow.

Outside the Office

Lynnette brings the same energy and love to her personal life. She’s a devoted mum of five and grandmother of five, happiest when surrounded by family. “My husband says I’m like a mother hen with her little chicks — always clucking away,” she laughs.

In her downtime, she enjoys travelling, reading, knitting, and spending time with friends. A former high-level basketball player, she’s as competitive as she is caring — and not afraid to stand her ground when it counts.

“I’m an open book — what you see is what you get. I work in silence to get the job done… but don’t hurt my family or the beast comes out!”
